Kolmanskop is a small town a few miles inland from the port of Laderitz in Namibia. Strong sand storms has made its way into almost every building in town.
This town used to be a mine Diamonds. It was abandoned in 1956 because the demand for diamonds declined and better diamonds were discovered in other areas. This caused the residents to move away because of the lack of jobs. Its only residents are now birds, insects and wild animals.
